- Ticket level are differentiated based on three priority ( Low, Medium, High )
- Ticket status is differentiated based on three progress ( Open, In progress, Closed )
- Unique ticket ID is automatically generated and assigned to each support ticket
- The support team or ticket owner can close a ticket
- Advance exporting and search functions to easily find and locate required ticket
- Links, descriptions, and media, are rendered clickable and viewable without leaving the system.
