Toggling poll state

The administrator can toggle poll status. By changing that, Administrator can show / hide poll from users in single click.

Anytime admin needs to do that, click on bulb button in front of the poll on polls list.

After clicking on this button :

• If the poll is activated, Then poll will be deactivated
• If the poll is deactivated, Then poll will be activated
