To send Mail/SMS, Go to Mail / SMS Module from the left panel.
Form of sending Mail/SMS messages appears :
While sending, You’ll be able to :
- Accurately selecting the targetted users by using Users & Roles picker
- Load from previously created templates inside Notifications actions
- Add variables to be replaced while run-time messages sending
- Schedule message to be sent immediately or on pre-configured time.
- In the case of sending SMS, System will calculate SMS-Related information like
- Message Encoding
- Message Length
- Number of Messages
- Characters Per Message
- Remaining character on the current message
After complete typing messages details, Click on Send Mail/SMS Button, System will schedule the message for send to the target users.
Please note that for SMS, You have to purchase balance for SMS package from your sms gateway if you are subscribe to the Basic plan, however for Standard and professional plan will offer SMS unit( Please contact our support team to learn more).
