Conference meeting/Online Class Module permissions can be controlled from Permissions & Roles module
The available permissions for Conference meeting are :

- List: Users who have this permission will be able to list Conference meeting available on the system
- Add Meeting: Users who have this permission will be able to add a new Conference meeting on system
- Edit Meeting: Users who have this permission will be able to edit previously created meetings
- Delete conference meeting: Users who have this permission will be able to remove meetings from the system
