Here you can manage the issue and return operations of your inventory items.
- Click on Inventory, select Issue/Return.
- You will find a list of items issued.

You can edit any entry by clicking on the edit icon beside the entry, also can remove any entry by clicking on the remove icon beside the entry.On the Return Date column, you can find a blue button for returning the item. If this button visible, this means that this issued item not returned yet.
You can click on this blue button if the user returned issued items.
Exports #
You can Export issued items list as PDF or Excel sheet using the Export button on the top-right of the page.
Issue Item #
You can edit any entry by clicking on the edit icon beside the entry, also can remove any entry by clicking on the remove icon beside the entry.
Click on the Issue Item button or edit any entry.
Every issue operation has:
- Reference Number, a number used as a reference to this issue operation.
- Category, one of your inventory categories.
- Item, one of your items on Item Coding, ( here you can see Available Quantity as created on Stocks )
- Quantity.
- Issue to, select user to issue these items to.
- Issue date.
- Return Date.
- Attachment, you can attach a file with this issue operation like issuing papers.
- Notes.
