To manage Conferences Meetings/Online Class, From the Special Tasks Menu ( Top Bar ) -> Go to Conferences Meetings.
List of meetings appears.
Status of meeting appears beside every meeting:
- Completed: Conference meeting/Online Class is already finished
- Scheduled: Conference meeting/Online Class is scheduled and will be live at it’s configured time
- Live: Meeting is currently live, all live and scheduled meetings/online class are accessible to be joined from the dashboard, only members that allowed to participate with the meeting who will be able to see the meeting and join it, others will not see the meeting.
A conference can have one presenter or more who able to present and use the whiteboard.
A conference can have one moderator or more who able to moderate the users inside the conference.
