Any message sent through SchoolBic is saved on Mail / SMS History. You’ll be able to track sending history for messages sent by :
- By Authorized users using Mail/SMS Module
- By System modules ( Automatically configured from Notifications Actions )
To check Mail/SMS Hiistory, Go to Mail / SMS Module from the left panel, Then go to History Tab
Any messages sent through system will be listed here with the following details :
- ID : Unique identifier of each message
- To : List to who the message to be delivered
- Type & Date
- Details of message
- Sender : Username or System
You’ll be able to delete message history by click on delete button in front of the message
