Adding Notification Action

Notifications actions are divided into 2 types :

System actions: Used by the system when action is happened by system
Custom template: Custom templates can be used by users while using Mail / SMS module

To add notification action, go to the module from Administrative Tasks -> Notification Actions

Then click on Add action to add a new one or edit button to edit previously created one

Form of adding/modifying action or template appears

The following details are required while adding / modifying action :

Notification Title
Notification Type
- System actions: Used by the system when action is happened by system
- Custom template: Custom templates can be used by users while using Mail / SMS module
Triggered when
- This option is activated while using System actions.
- Define when this action must be triggered. Full list of triggers are listed in this DOC.
- When selecting the trigger, a full list of variables listed for this trigger

- SMS Message
- PUSH Notification
E-mail subject
E-mail template
SMS Template
PUSH notification Title
